Description:
Monitors the security console and control center alarms to detect and respond to security and safety alarms in all locations including branch offices, ATMs, office sites, etc. Coordinates testing of alarm systems and prepares activity reports. Dispatches appropriate authorities such as ATM service teams, law enforcement, fire departments and emergency medical units to locations as necessary.
