Job Title: Director of Security Company: Starwood Location: Atlanta, GA Description: Responsible for the development and maintenance of pro-active loss prevention program designed to ensure a safe and secure environment for hotel guests and associates. Duties will include, but are not limited to, interviewing, selecting and training new associates, assigning duties and scheduling staff, monitoring staff activities and coaching staff performance. Responsibilities also will include patrolling the hotel property, assisting sick and injured guests and associates, initiating and monitoring investigations and compiling property loss correspondence.
