Reduce shortage and increase profits of store. Reports to Loss Prevention Manager or Regional Loss Prevention manager in identifying levels of compliance with Loss Prevention policies and procedures. Essential Functions: Loss Prevention: Observes, apprehends, and/or deters any acts of dishonesty while adhering to established company guidelines. Monitors employee activity and reports and communicates policy and procedure violations to Loss Prevention Manager or Regional Loss Prevention Manager. Complies with and prepares for all court appearances. Prepares proper forms and documentation to comply with company procedures including timeliness and accuracy of report findings. Conducts weekly Sensormatic audits. Store Interaction: Maintains an effective partnership with Store Management and Loss Prevention team to accomplish work assignments and overall goals and objectives. Participates in Store shortage meetings and drives Shrink reduction program. Provides Loss Prevention orientation to all new-hires.
