We are seeking a Security Investigator for our Wisconsin region. AsSecurity Investigator, responsibilities will include the following: *Responsible for keeping losses and recoveries of funds to goalsset.*Investigates cases of fraud involving transactions occurring at theretail branches, including the use of ATM cards, debit cards, electronic fundtransfers and checks. *Investigates insider abuse/theft cases involving employeesoccurring at the retail branches. *Assists Human Resources with employeerelated issues.*Assists management with new branch set-ups, including but not limitedto: installation and set-up of alarms, cameras, keys, locks, bait money, androbbery procedures.*Assists in securing retail branches in case of a robbery, support foremployees involved in the robbery and works with police and FBI to help solvethe crime.*Works with Security Investigators in other states, the LossPrevention Department and the Regional Manager(s) in helping to preventfraud. *Assists in the coordination of training for effective securityat the branches and preventing losses at the customer service level.*Keeps branches informed of fraud schemes and other informationrelated to security issues.*Assists in the development of policies and procedures to helpminimize losses, and coordinates efforts with branch offices and back roomprocessing.*Testifies and presents information in Court, if needed, related tofraud/security issues.*Keeps up to date on current issues/regulations as they affect thefinancial industry regarding security and prevention of fraud. *Establishes and maintains contact with local law enforcement, security atother financial organizations and fraud prevention organizations (i.e.,IAFCI).*Prepares reports as requested, enters information for fraud incidentsinto case management system and prepares suspicious activity reports, all in atimely manner.*Contact for courier services, armored car. *Pager contact forlate to opens or other emergencies. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to performeach essential duty outlined within the job description satisfactorily. In addition, the individualmust act as a business partner with regional management, branches, vendors, andretail operations. A background in criminal investigations and interviewing is aplus. Manage and track many projects (small to large)simultaneouslyResponsible for the quality of the applications which supportthe banking unit.Deal with day to day production issues, track resolution,assign resourcesPrepare project and status reporting for uppermanagement.Direct activities with IT development lifecyclemethodologies.Perform performance reviews, goal setting, promotions,education, career development, salary administration for the developmentteam.Work to improve the development process, increase efficiencyof developer. Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual mustbe able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
