The current position is based in Eugene and works with stores throughout Central and Southwestern Oregon . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all store and district level loss prevention and safety operations to include, managing internal theft investigations, conducting safety and loss control audits, hiring, training, and supervising store detectives, and investigating workplace accidents. Bi-Mart LPDM’s are subject to call 24/7 and must be available to respond to incidents as needed. The position requires frequent day travel as well as occasional overnight and extended multi-day trips. POSITION OVERVIEW: An effective LPRD is responsible for the protection of all company assets and achieving shortage and safety goals set for the Region.
