Program Security Coordinator - Chantilly, VAJob Code:   GCSD02101034   Job Description: As a direct report to the Senior Security Program Supervisor, provide administrative Security support for program activities within the Chantilly Consolidated Customer Center (C4) and the National Programs Operations Center in Chantilly, VA. Duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining accountability and disposition of classified documentation and currency of the document control database, maintain customer required logs, forms and files, dispatch/receiving logs, and other office administrative duties as required. In conjunction with the Program Security Officers, ensure compliance with customer Security requirements and participate in multiple customer mandated self inspections.  Function as a coordinator to ensure all customer scheduled reporting requirements are met. Support customer meetings, schedule classified conference rooms, create and maintain facility and area access badges and verify clearances. Assist with coordinating and tracking classified hardware shipping and receiving, to include maintaining a proper file system. May gather, analyze and present data as requested or needed. All other tasks as reasonably assigned by supervisor Qualifications: Must have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6+ years security related experience.  AS/AA with 4+ years related experience. Candidate must have good command of English, pleasant voice and demeanor, good interpersonal skills. Must have 3 years experience maintaining classified records, preferably within the SCI community. Preferred Additional Skills: Must be able to interact with all levels; management and peers. Maintain positive relations with both internal and external customers. Candidate must be professional, accessible and flexible to the changing needs of the office. Involves attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Must have good communication skills, quality commitment, customer focus, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability. Fast paced, dynamic program environment. Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks Relocation is not available for this position.
