The hired person will train and work in the local and long haul dispatch capacity. Job Duties/Responsibilities Security Storage & Van, our experienced and friendly relocation specialists work with you, your family or business to ensure every detail is covered. It's the attention to detail that has made your friends and family recommend Security Storage & Van for over 96 years. Professional, uniformed Security personnel are clean, courteous and efficient. Our brightly painted trucks are equipped to adequately service all of your moving needs. All of your furniture and possessions are fully padded with thick mover's pads for extra protection. The items are then carefully and professionally packed in a Security moving truck in a manner that best protects your possessions As the local dispatcher for Security Storage & Van in Norfolk, VA you will be responsible for the daily dispatching and supervision of the crew for Local & Long distance. Would prefer candidate with CDL. If the right candidate does not have one, it will be required to obtain CDL with 6 months of employment. Supervise crews in all aspects from verification of proper uniforms set up labor for van operators, Oversee monthly safety meetings and training of employees as necessary.
