EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (includes but is not limited to the following) 1. Provide security and protection for employees, guests, and property 2. Handle monetary transactions between games and Main Cage 3. Handle unruly guests and criminals in combative situations 4. Write required reports regarding all incidents that occur 5. Operate the Dispatch Center as required 6. Communicate via two-way radio and telephone 7. Direct foot and vehicular traffic during emergencies 8. Respond to all incidents of guest or employee injury/illness as directed, and perform the necessary emergency medical procedures consistent with his/her specialized training 9. Assist paramedics as needed 10. Operate mobile unit, patrol property, and assist guests with vehicle problems 11. Respond to alarms and communicate with local law enforcement agencies 12. Perform other job-related duties as assigned PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. Certified EMT training preferred but not required. Must have a valid Guard Card. EXPERIENCE: Minimum six (6) months experience LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a valid gaming license is required. Must be 21 or over; Pass Drug Screen and Background (Credit/Criminal) Check.
