Job Title: Security Supervisors & Team Leaders Needed Company: Location: Denver, CO Description: Praetorian Services Group is looking for a handful of Security Supervisors and Team Leaders THAT MEET A VERY SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION. Security Supervisor Responsibilities : Supervise all Security Staff and Team Leaders assigned to account. Maintain work schedules, ensure policy and procedures are being followed, deal with client issues and respond to all incidents. Reports to Security Operations Director and above. Security Team Leader Responsibilities: Supervise Security Team assigned to team. Assist Supervisors with maintaining schedules, ensure policy and procedures are being followed, deal with client issues and respond to all incidents and be responsible for making on-site decisions for security team. Security Supervisor Qualifications (Strict): -Minimum 3-5 years Law Enforcement Experience (Former or Off-Duty) or Former Military with E-5 or higher -Current Firearms Certification (Must own a semi-auto handgun and holster) -Current Taser, O.C, ASP & Arrest Control Certifications (We are able to provide these as well) -Physically able to perform in high-risk situations and able to pass a P.T. Establishes policies and standard practices to assure compliance by all corporate employees of government and Corporation regulations and directives. 6. Conducts security indoctrination and education programs as required. 7. Acts as liaison officer between the Corporation and Government representatives on all security matters. 8. Reviews clearances of personnel for access to classified information and recommends additional clearances as deemed advisable. 9. Establishes and maintains security systems within the Corporate Headquarters to ensure proper safeguarding of government and corporate property. 10. Controls the dissemination of classified information. Investigates and reports upon the loss, compromise or suspected compromise of classified material. 11. Provides technical security program guidance to senior staff, field managers and Proposal Development, and establishes the Corporate position on controversial security issues. 12. Investigates Ombudsman complaints for senior staff. MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED: Personal computer, printer, modem, VCR and other general office equipment. WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: Generally works in an office environment, may on occasion be exposed to hazards while conducting safety/security inspections. Experience Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent. Formal training in Industrial Security. Experience: Minimum of five years experience in Industrial Security with a working knowledge of computer security, physical security, industrial security, processing of industrial security clearances and government special access programs.
