Job Title: Administrative Services - Physical Security Supervisor Company: INTRUST Bank, NA Location: Wichita, KS Description: General Description: Directs and reviews work of Physical Security team. Serves as liaison between Security department and all internal and external customer complaints and concerns. Conducts weekly performance audits of every shift to ensure accuracy and compliance with departmental procedures, documents, and corrects discrepancies. Prepares work schedule to ensure department is properly staffed during all hours of operation. Responsible for filling vacancies when absences occur with Lead Security Specialist, Security Specialists and Relief Security Specialist. Essential Functions: Collects daily incident reports and notifies appropriate personnel of discrepancies. Submits maintenance request forms and follows up to ensure request is completed. Compiles weekly and monthly incident report for management review. Performs administrative duties related to alarm system, including card access assignments and pin numbers. Maintains department operational files, such as authorization list, after hours contact information, and branch employee key assignment lists. Ensures all operational and departmental procedures are current. Orders departmental supplies and maintains emergency response/EFC equipment. Ensures all members of the Physical Security team are properly trained. Responsible for all equipment assigned to Physical Security team. Monitors the proprietary alarm system for hold up, duress, fire, intrusion, etc. Notifies the appropriate agency when assistance is necessary. Patrols the premises of downtown campus (including exterior perimeter) for fire detection, suspicious objects, unsecured assets, vandalism, trespassers, and any other criminal activity. Maintains working knowledge of digital recorders and all other CCTV equipment functions for comprehensive monitoring of bank property and assets. Intervenes in hostile situations involving verbal, emotional, and/or physical abuse that internal and/or external customers cannot control. This may include handling occurrences involving irate customers, domestic disputes, and workplace violence. Mobilizes emergency response team when necessary. Coordinates and/or assists in emergency situations such as medical emergencies, bank robberies, and evacuations due to severe weather, fire or bomb threats. Serves as first responder for all emergencies. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Minimum two years of college and two years related experience required. Requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must have effective interpersonal skills, the ability to work and make decisions independently and excellent organizational skills. Must fall within set parameters of a psychological assessment conducted by a certified psychologist. Must be able to obtain a Private Police Firearm Permit through the Wichita Police Department. Must have current valid driver's license. First Aid and CPR certification required.
