Job Title: Site Security Supervisor Company: Location: Raleigh, NC Description: Pay Rate: $12-12.5 per hour 12 PM- 9 PM Monday-Friday The Site Security Supervisor has knowledge of all aspects of the account and knows all job duties of the Security Officers. The Site Supervisor?s responsibility includes supporting the Branch Manager, Branch Representatives, Client Representatives, and their employees or visitors of the facility. Site Supervisor functions include: Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, training, formal performance evaluations, recognition, etc.). Assure communication of policies, company announcements and safety intiatives through a consistently updated Pass Down. Provides the basis of a great place to work by treating staff with respect. Enforce policies as outlined by the Policies & Procesdures, handbooks and Branch Office memos. Manage the Security Officers schedules to eleiminate overtime, plan for Security Officer vacation, and call-off/no-shows. Maintain a low turnover through supporting the Security Officers, ensuring a quality place to work. Off hour inspections. Inspections offer the opportunity for management to work with security officers, providing hands-on training, mentoring and supervisory support. During inspection Officers must demonstrate proficiency at their duties under close, expert observation. Communicate staffing needs; assist with interviewing and hiring quality candidates. Meet all contractual scheduled hours with a minimum of unbilled overtime. Coordinate and/or conduct site-specific OJT, client-specific training, and annual refresher training for security personnel, as well as meet corporate training standards.

Job Title: Third Shift Security Shift Supervisor Company: Location: Charlotte, NC Description: Job Description The duties of the Security Shift Supervisor are to include but not limited to the following.... Effective use of Telephone and reception/switchboard Mastery of Fire Panel and alarm systems. Develop and maintain list of appropriate police jurisdiction contacts. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Account Manager. Continue to adapt and innovate for maximum efficiency and profitability in a dynamic environment. Superior Customer service skills as well as act as a first aid First Responder. Effective Report writing is critical to the success of this position Monitor security officers to enforce security/safety programs that enable the companies assets to function according to the guidelines, quality standards, and operating objectives of the company and to ensure security provider is providing adequate supervision of security officers. Assist the Account Manager & Director of Corporate Security in the Analyzing of statistical data from the different law enforcement agencies. Implement security/safety improvements that benefit the company?s assets, visitors, tenants and employees as directed by the Account Manager Plan and conduct quarterly Safety Awareness Meetings at all area assets. Respond to all security concerns from tenants and company personnel. Develop and maintain positive relations with tenants, contractors, local law enforcement, community and groups or associations that benefit the company. The ability to work overtime as needed, on short notice.
