Answers 9-1-1 and other phone lines taking both emergency and non-emergency calls for service. Monitors King Fisher fire alarm monitoring system. Answers and routes off-continent phone calls for work related and emergency contact purposes. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and two years experience in customer service, radio operations, communications technology or related field required. Incident Command System (ICS) 100 and 200 certifications required for offer consideration (training offered through FEMA).
