The ZMC Operator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide a high level of safety and protection for all store personnel and customers through thorough and continuous observation of store activity. Will monitor 125+ stores that are currently on the system. Monitor the CYBER ALARM (Burglar) system after business hours, addressing any and all alarms. Must be able to immediately respond to any after-hour’s activity through sending appropriate Voice Downs, calling the local Police Department and providing/sending any video as requested. Respond to any suspicion button activation in a timely manner. Communicating any crimes immediately to the local Police Department and providing live details to the dispatcher. Conduct monthly audits of the stores ensuring all devices are working properly. Work with the Director of Facilities Security/Loss Prevention ensuring success of this new program.
