Security Guard - Home Office

Position Description:

RH is hiring Specialist to join our Asset & Profit Protection team. As a Specialist you will be responsible for protecting our People, Property, Products, and Profits within our Corporate Campus. They should be personable, open to learning, collaborating with others, and apt to saying “yes” or “I’ll find a way”, rather than “no” or “that’s impossible”.

Primary Responsibilities

• Live Our Values: People, Quality, Service, and Innovation.
• Serves as a knowledgeable safety and security professional
• Assist the asset & profit protection team by responding to alarms, conducting patrols, and monitoring the campus through CCTV
• Perform all other job duties as assigned by the Asset & Profit Protection Leader

Requirements

• 2+ years of physical security experience
• California Guard Card
• First Aid/ CPR certified or have the ability to obtain certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Access Control, Alarm Systems, CCTV, and other site monitoring systems.
• Proficiency in using Word, Excel, and other Microsoft programs.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills with an emphasis on report writing and email corresponding.
• Must be a self-starter, organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
