Job Overview:
- Development of new customer clientele through the expansion of customer sites, referrals, lead follow up, networking and cold calls.
- Conducting sales presentations, recommendation of product solutions, and educating customers on the value of services.
- Managing the sales processes from start to finish, ensuring complete customer satisfaction, and building ongoing account relationship management.
- Ability to create system design, and ensure all sales documentation and records are processed.
- Provide existing customers the highest level of ongoing customer care, ensuring current and future needs are being met, development planning for their new facilties and additional needs.
- Understanding and working with the policies and standards of the Sonitrol brand, maintaining the highest level of excellence in services provided.
Candidate Qualities:
The successful candidate will be a strongly motivated professional, with exceptional commitment to customer care and service.
- Networking and business to business sales experience.
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to build quality interpersonal relationships.
- Strong time management and well organized.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a desire to learn and become well versed in product knowledge.
- Ability to educate and overcome objections.
Minimum Requirements Include:
- A Bachelor's Degree or proven equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of successful outside business to business sales/development experience.
- Strong customer care management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dedicated work ethic and self-motivation.
- MS Office/Computer proficiency.
- A "hunter mentality" with a drive to succeed and willingness to cold call.
- The ability to educate customers and design systems.
- A clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- The capacity to obtain necessary licenses and pass background checks.
