About the role:
This position provides administration and support of a broad range of Information Technology, Security Officer, and Reporting related tasks and projects. This position works closely with the head of IT on departmental and global initiatives, while also assisting with user support.
What you'll do:
- Work collaboratively within the department and other lines of business to enhance the IT infrastructure of the organization.
- Provide help desk support to internal and external clients.
- Provide support related to vendor management, including but not limited to Technology related vendors, general escalation, and communication.
- Provide support to IT and to the organization on special projects, including system migrations, as needed.
- Provide support to the organization for physical security, access control, risk management, and user access reviews.
- Provide direct support and training for end users, escalating as needed, including but not limited to social engineering testing and training programs, cyber security alert monitoring and escalation.
- Provide day-to-day support for all technology including servers, computers, and printers to improve workflows as needed.
- Provide updates and reporting on security programs to senior management and the IT Steering Committee.
- Comply with internal security policies and procedures and maintain customer confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to all regulations, policies, and record keeping requirements. Complete all required training related to bank regulations and policies.
- Accept other responsibilities and projects as requested to add value for CFBank.

Education and Experience
- Associate's degree in IT related field with at least 3 years of related workplace experience preferred.
