You will analyze witness stements, regulions, policies, and any other evidentiary sources.
You will determine whether the preponderance of the evidence substanties the allegion.
You will receive incoming complaints or allegions regarding a wide range of possible conduct violions.
You will conduct a preliminary analysis to clearly define the specific allegions, and to identify a tentive course of action.
You will research laws, regulions, instructions, and local policies in order to determine applicability to the type of allegion, e.g., sexual harassment laws have different parameters than claims of fraud, waste, and abuse.
You will plan an in-depth investigion with the intent to ascertain objective facts pertinent to the cause and outcome of the incident.
