Site Supervisor Description Security Site Supervisor Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM* Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead and support the security team at our assigned location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a solid understanding of security and sitemanagement principles. In this role, you will ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, and that all shifts remain fully staffed at all times. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for officers, contractors, and site management to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily security operations, ensuring compliance with schedules, procedures, and deadlines. Supervise, guide, and coordinate the activities of all security officers assigned to the site. Enforce and maintain safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct routine site inspections to monitor performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
