This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. GS-07: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Operating communications equipment in support of public service incidents, providing pre-arrival medical instructions to callers requesting medical assistance; dispatching fire responders, interpreting jurisdictional boundaries for law enforcement or firefighting responses or using computer systems to track and record data. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) dispatching appropriate emergency personnel; 2) Utilizes emergency dispatch and radio communications; and 3) Coordinates with local and state public safety agencies.

GS-06: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinates, monitors, and assists with operations via telephone and radio between a variety of agencies and personnel. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Receiving and processing 911 calls of incoming fire alarms, emergency, and non-emergency calls for fire, medical, and police assistance; 2) Dispatching emergency services to the scene of emergencies based on the capacity of the personnel and apparatus being dispatched; and 3) Providing information and initiating directions to incoming callers.
