Job Summary This is a multi-site leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, managing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations across multiple client sites Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships Lead, coach, and develop Security Officers and Supervisors Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll Ensure sites are fully staffed and operating efficiently Partner with branch leadership to address recruiting and operational needs Maintain high standards of safety, service, and professionalism What We're Looking For 2+ years of management or supervisory experience Background in security, military, or law enforcement Experience managing multiple employees or locations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable with basic computer systems and reporting Why Join DSI?
