KeyResponsibilities:

  • Provides behind-the-wheel instruction according to corporate and client specifications in all aspects of vehicleoperationandpassengertransportation,includingdefensivedriving,serviceareafamiliarization, passenger loading, unloading and securement.

  • Conductsclassroomtraininginaccordancewithcorporateandlocationrequirements.

  • Ensureallsafetymanuals,programs,policies,andproceduresarecurrentandmeettheneedsofthe location.

  • Documentalltrainingactivitiesandensureaccuratecompletionofalltraining-relatedemployeerecords.

  • Establisharelationshipwithclientandcorporatepersonneltoidentifyadditionaltrainingneeds,resources, and opportunities.

  • Preparesandconductsmonthlysafetymeetings.

  • Maintainsanadequateandcompleteemployeefilingsystemandparticipatesinauditsandinspectionsto meet client and corporate expectations.

  • Directsthelocationdrug&alcoholprogramtoincluderandomdrugtestingandensuresallfilesare updated to pass regular audits.

  • Managestheinjurypreventionprogramtoreducethenumberofworkplaceinjuries.

  • Conductsaccidentinvestigationusingroot-causeanalysisandassignsemployeere-trainingasrequired.

  • Responsibleformaintaining/postingOSHAlog.

  • Conductsroadobservationstoevaluateoperatorsafety,customerservice,andsystematicknowledgeofthe service.

  • Providescoachingandre-trainingasrequiredonDriveCam.

  • Respondtocustomercommentsrelatedtotheservice.

  • Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.

  • Otherdutiesasrequired.
