In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Information Security Analysis. This role involves reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Information Security Analysis challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Additionally, the role contributes to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 5 years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Practical experience using automation, scripting, or low code tools to support repeatable analysis or governance activities.
- Experience working with governed data stores to support control execution, governance workflows, metrics, or audit defensible records.
- Basic to intermediate scripting experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or similar) to support data extraction, validation, or control logic.
- Experience consuming or supporting REST APIs or system integrations in a governance or reporting context.
- Ability to validate that automated control outputs accurately reflect control intent and risk outcomes.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Power Automate for workflow, notifications, or governance automation.
- Power BI and/or Client Fabric experience.
- Information protection or data security experience.
- Metrics governance or KPI ownership.
- Execute governance activities supporting enterprise data at rest protection requirements.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual control execution through automation, standardization, and repeatable logic.
- Interpret and apply information security policies and standards.
- Partner with internal technology, data, and development teams to translate governance and control requirements into scalable execution patterns.
- Analyze risk and control gaps and influence remediation decisions with technology and risk partners.
- Contribute to the design, testing, and sustainment of semi-automated and automated control execution mechanisms.
- Produce audit defensible documentation and reporting artifacts.
- Support responsible automation and AI adoption through governance execution.
- Role is an advanced individual contributor with minimal day-to-day direction expected.
- Contributes to the team’s evolution from manual and semi-automated processes toward more scalable, automated, and sustainable control execution models.
- Expected to independently plan, execute, and sustain recurring governance activities with minimal oversight.
- Work is operationally critical and requires consistent delivery.
- Position supports high visibility enterprise risk and governance outcomes.
