Loss Prevention Agent - Full Time

Loss Prevention & Security Agent Position Summary: The Loss Prevention & Security Agent position is a full time, on-site position responsible for ensuring the protection of assets, property and personnel through prevention, monitoring and apprehension. This position reports to the Loss Prevention Supervisor. Loss Prevention & Security Agent Salary & Benefits $19.50 per hour. Increases available upon attaining required certifications and being released for arrests. After required waiting periods benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, holiday, vacation and sick pay; 401(k) pension plan; merchandise discount; employee assistance program; and UO Associate Loss Prevention & Security Agent Primary Responsibilities: Monitor customer behavior on the digital Closed Circuit television system and on the sales floor Approach and interview suspected shoplifters in accordance with store policy and applicable law Write reports and occasionally testify in court. Participate in safety inspections and ensure safety protocols are being followed First responder for situations requiring First Aid and CPR. Transfer of necessary items between satellite store locations, including mail services Commitment to promoting the standards and principals of the Duck Store's customer service program.
