Wh You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalion.
• Perform access control security entrances / exits.
• Conduct prols inside / outside the clients premises, potentially in various weher conditions and in different types of terrain.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizional goals are achieved daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nure and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• Must be least 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Strong computer / technology skills needed.
• 1 year security experience preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have gre tention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the durion of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use approprie escalion.
• All candides must be willing to participe in the Companys pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigion.
