Supervisory Security Specialist

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST in the DIGITAL ANALYTICS INFRASTRUCTURE AND TECHNOLOGY, ADVANCEMENT (DAiTA) of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will manage the efforts to develop, mature, evaluate, and implement a Special Access Program. You will establish well-documented, standard processes for use throughout the organization. You will resolve conflicts between policy, program objectives and program management. You will be responsible for functional oversight of the Special Access Program Central Security Office (CSO) and all policies, processes, and requirements implemented through its work process flow. You will evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommends official performance ratings. You will give advice, counsel, or provide instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters. Minimum Salary 143913 Maximum Salary 197200
