Full-Time Welfare Fraud Investigator

• Conducts investigations of alleged or suspected violations of public assistance laws, rules and regulations.
• Prepares welfare fraud cases to be submitted to the County Attorneys Office for prosecution.
• Investigates and settles fraudulent case situations administratively according to MN State Statutes and the Intentional Program Violation Process.
• Maintain proper case records and effective case management systems.
• Perform related administrative functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
