Job Summary:
Support fire and life safety operations in a healthcare facility. Oversee safety programs documentation and compliance to ensure a safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support fire and life safety programs and policies
• Manage fire safety plans and documentation
• Oversee hot work permits and safety programs
• Support inspections audits and compliance activities
• Participate in safety rounds and follow up actions
• Maintain records and reports for safety programs
• Support fire drill and training programs
• Assist with staff supervision and team support
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in fire safety or facilities preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Leadership and problem solving skills

Preferred:

• Fire and life safety certifications preferred
• Ability to obtain certifications within required timeframe

Salary:

• $73,000 - $79,000 annually
