Summary:

Join the dediced and professional team BEST Crowd Management as a Security Officer. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients, premises, and personnel. We are looking for reliable and alert individuals who possess excellent communicion and problem-solving skills. This position requires availability for night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible and vigilant security presence, prolling assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure the safety of all individuals present.
• Monitor access points, conduct thorough security checks, and implement crowd control measures as necessary.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including but not limited to medical emergencies, disturbances, or unauthorized entry.
• Collabore and communice with clients, staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordine security efforts and resolve issues.
• Maintain accure and detailed incident reports for any security-reled occurrences or incidents.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a high standard of professionalism and security effectiveness.
• Use security equipment and technology appropriely and effectively to enhance security operions.

Requirements:

• Be least 18 years old (age requirement to comply with local regulions).
• Must possess a valid SORA License (ste security license)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some college educion is preferred).
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a reled field is advantageous.
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Excellent observional and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communicion and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collabore effectively with diverse individuals.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by work schedules.
