Requirements- Supervisory experience with uniformed security staff is preferred.
- A background in security or safety operations in logistics, fulfillment, or industrial environments is also desirable.
- Experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is preferred.
- Candidates should have a solid understanding of emergency protocols, safety standards, and personnel training.
- All pre-employment screenings and local licensing requirements must be successfully completed.
Summary
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site leadership and oversight for all assigned security personnel.
- Act as the main liaison between M1 Global and the client facility management.
- Be available for weekend work.
- Schedule second-shift timings.
- Train and oversee staff on emergency responses, evacuation procedures, HAZMAT protocols, fire safety, and incident reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with M1 Globals policies, protocols, and standards.
- Perform site inspections and document risks, incidents, and safety issues.
- Report findings promptly and professionally to the client and M1 Global leadership.
- Support emergency response efforts, incident management, and operational preparedness.
- Manage security equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
- Build collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Establish and maintain effective communication protocols for smooth coordination.
