Fleet Safety Manager Needed ASAP!

We are currently looking for a Knowledgeable Fleet Safety Manager ASAP!!!
Candidate must have the following:
-Must have advanced knowledge of DOT and CDL Class A rules
-Ensure Tractors are DOT inspection ready
-Smith System certification is a major plus!
-CDL Class A license is a plus
-Must be able to influence change and hold drivers accountable
-Must have track record of improving safety records!
-Must be able to complete little mechanical work on Tractors
-Flexible hours to ensure face time with drivers
-Be computer savvy to use Amazon systems
-40 hours a week
-$25 and hour
-PTO
-Medical/Dental/Vision
