ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other assigned personnel across one or more client sites. Ensure all post orders are followed, patrols are completed, and required reports are submitted accurately and on time.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, notifying appropriate authorities and client contacts as needed.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary action in alignment with company policies; document all employee interactions appropriately.
- Train and onboard security staff, reviewing post orders, expectations, and site-specific procedures.
- Assist with payroll reporting and personnel documentation as required.
- Partner with management to ensure proper staffing coverage for all assigned posts and shifts.
- Conduct routine site inspections to verify compliance, performance standards, and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit incident reports, activity logs, and other required documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and by ensuring service expectations are consistently met.
- Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, hiring recommendations, scheduling, directing work, evaluating performance, resolving employee concerns, and addressing operational issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Support site operations by performing Security Officer duties when necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete GED within six months)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Reliable transportation and reliable means of communication
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screening
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience; retail, security, and supervisor experience required
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

- Strong knowledge of security operations, including patrol, inspection, and incident response
- Working knowledge of supervisory practices and employee management
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and multiple priorities

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage professionally across diverse environments
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations
- Adaptability to changing environments, procedures, and client needs
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to maintain composure while interacting with clients, staff, authorities, and the public, including during high-pressure situations
- May encounter stressful conditions, including managing difficult individuals or emergencies
- Must meet company standards for background screening, drug testing, and any required licensing
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Regular use of computers and communication devices
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods; climbing stairs; and navigating uneven terrain
- Occasional bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Must have clear vision, hearing, and communication abilities
- May require use of a vehicle for work duties
- May work in varying weather conditions or environments requiring protective equipment
- Will handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
