Possible shifts include: 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights.

Hourly employees:
1.5x Holiday Pay

Position Summary: The EMT Security Guard, in accordance with established policies and procedures, is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, staff and protecting Community property. The EMT Security Guard responds to apartment alarms/emergencies, assists nursing staff in lifting residents to a safe position, and performs site and perimeter security rounds.
Education and/or Experience: High school education; or one year related experience and certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Must be CPR / AED certified.
Preferred candidates will have:
- Current EMT certification.
- Excellent customer services skills, patience, and a knack for meeting a wide range of personal needs.
- Clear communication skills with a team-based mentality.
- Competency in the operation of wheelchair lifts and lock down procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
