SECURITY PERSONNEL - OVERNIGHT Kress is looking for a full time Security Personnel to join our team in the development of specialized industrial equipment for steel, construction, and mining industries. The person employed in this position will be a dependable and observant Overnight Security Officer that will support the safety and security of our manufacturing facility during overnight operations. This position is responsible for monitoring facility access, conducting routine patrols, documenting incidents, and maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, equipment, and company property. Responsibilities - Monitor and control facility access points during overnight hours Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols of the manufacturing plant and grounds Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and shift documentation Verify employee and visitor identification as needed Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems Assist with enforcing company safety and security policies Communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, emergency responders, and law enforcement when necessary Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns promptly Support emergency evacuation or lock-down procedures if required Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required 2+ years previous security, military, law enforcement, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work independently during overnight shifts Strong observation and communication skills Basic computer and report-writing skills Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Kress Benefits - Group Health Insurance including Prescriptions Dental Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term Disability 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Kress Corporation is an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information.
