We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Security Scheduler with strong experience in office operations and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative functions, ensuring efficient office workflow, and maintaining accurate records. Experience in the Security Guard industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls in a professional manner
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for reporting and tracking purposes
Support general office operations and administrative duties
Assist with payroll processing and recordkeeping
Coordinate ordering of office supplies and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery
Assist in training new staff on administrative procedures and office systems
Support job development activities, including coordinating hiring needs and candidate tracking
Assist with employee onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation support
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Experience in payroll processing is a plus
Experience with onboarding and job development preferred
Familiarity with Paychex is a plus
Experience training staff and managing vendor relationships preferred
Background in security guard services or related field is an asset
