The International Industrial Security Specialist shall support the customer in establishing security requirements for OCONUS Maintenance Repair Overhaul & Update (MRO&U), Depot, and Supply Warehouse facilities for assigned operations.
Duties include, but not limited to:
SHIP AND SITE - The contractor shall provide Industrial Security support under this TO. This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed to support the protection of classified information developed by or entrusted to U.S industry operating under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
Brief and coordinate SAP and collateral security requirements for USAF, USN, USMC, and international bed down sites and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviews
Communicate secure facility construction and accreditation technical security standards and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviews
Maintain and monitor security activities at bed down locations until facilities receive accreditation
Identify security clearance and SAP access requirements at bed down locations
Assist the services in defining facility and infrastructure requirement to meet F-35 bed down for all sites
Coordinate and participate in the development of CONUS and OCONUS Facilities
Requirements Documents (FRDs) and document results down for all sites

Ability to constructively engage and resolve challenging situations
Available to work before/after typical office hours
Independent self-starter, proactive and professional assertive

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multitask
QualificationsRequired Skills (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Supply Chain Risk Management, DoD Directives, IC Directives, and NISPOM.
In-depth knowledge of the JAFAN series security requirements
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel to CONUS and/or OCONUS locations
Limited travel within the region
Must have active US passport for OCONUS travel requirements
Clearance
Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility required and current within the last five years
Subject to a random counter-intelligence scope polygraphs as a condition of access eligibility.
Years of Experience/Education Requirements
BA/BS degree, minimum of 1 Year of applicable experience
Associate's degree, minimum of 3 years of applicable experience
