Join a fast-paced airport team where safety, security, and exceptional service come together every day. In this role, you'll help keep airport operations running smoothly by monitoring security systems, supporting emergency response efforts, and assisting passengers, tenants, and staff with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

  • Monitor airport security systems, cameras, alarms, and communication equipment to help keep the airport safe and secure.
  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency situations by coordinating with police, fire, EMS, and airport staff.
  • Patrol airport property, conduct inspections, and respond to incidents using airport vehicles as needed.
  • Enforce airport parking and ground transportation rules, including issuing parking citations and Notices of Violation (NOVs).
  • Assist with employee security clearance processes, including fingerprint-based background checks and security screening procedures.
  • Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, assisting with complaints, and maintaining daily activity logs and records.

Minimum Training & Experience

  • High School diploma or GED; and
  • Four (4) years of experience that includes airport operations, airline operations, public safety communications, or military service

OR

  • Associate's degree in aviation management, business administration, criminal justice or a related field; and
  • Two (2) years of experience that includes airport operations, airline operations, public safety communications, or military service

Necessary Special Requirements

  • Valid Class E State driver's license (or equivalent) at the time of hire.
  • In accordance with 49 CFR Part 1542, employees must successfully complete a fingerprint-based criminal history records check and personal background check prior to employment.

Salary Range

$16.1262 to $43.7596/hourly. Hiring rate generally will not exceed $25.1539/hour.
