Security Supervisor / Concierge Class A High-Rise Office Building

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

Location: Class A High-Rise Office Property

Are you a customer-service-driven security professional who enjoys building relationships, leading teams, and creating a welcoming environment? We are seeking a professional Security Supervisor / Concierge to oversee daily security operations at a prestigious Class A high-rise office building.

This position combines traditional security responsibilities with concierge-level customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with building ownership, management, tenants, contractors, and visitors.

• Serve as the primary Security Supervisor during business hours
• Supervise and support a team of 6 security officers providing 24/7 coverage
• Maintain strong relationships with property management, tenants, and building staff
• Provide concierge-style customer service to tenants, guests, and visitors
• Monitor and manage access control systems and visitor management procedures
• Print, prepare, and distribute access credentials, badges, and access materials
• Coordinate with building engineering and property management to verify contractors, vendors, and scheduled visitors
• Ensure security officers are conducting required patrols, security checks, and inspections
• Review incident reports, activity logs, and daily reports for accuracy and completeness
• Investigate and document security incidents, policy violations, and unusual activity
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with emergency responders when necessary
• Conduct post inspections and identify opportunities to improve security operations
• Train, mentor, and coach security personnel to ensure consistency and professionalism
• Assist shift coverage when needed, overtime allowed
• Ensure all client expectations, site procedures, and company policies are consistently met
• Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the property
• Support building events, VIP visits, and special tenant requests as needed

• Previous security supervisor, lead officer, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication
• Ability to prepare professional reports and documentation
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and coworkers
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of security experience required
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods as required
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and a hospitality-focused mindset

• Consistent Monday-Friday schedule
• No overnight shifts unless desired overtime coverage
