V Security Consulting INC is currently hiring professional, reliable Security Officers for a post in Adelanto (Unarmed). We are looking for candidates who are dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently in a professional environment.

Pay:
Starting at $17.50 (starting)

Positions Available:
PART TIME WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY MORNING (4 hrs per day) (Parking Enforcement)
Unarmed Security Adelanto
FULL TIME (alternative schedule) WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON - SATURDAY DAYSHIFT (10-12 hrs per day) (Walking Patrol)
Unarmed Security Adelanto

Schedule:
Varies based on post

Primarily:
Morning PT Shift: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
Alternative Work Schedule 4:45 AM 5:00 PM (sometimes as late as 6:30 PM)
Open availability preferred

Minimum Requirements:
Valid California Guard Card
Baton Certification
Pepper Spray Certification
Reliable transportation
Local candidates strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and stay self-directed
Comfortable using digital reporting systems (apps/software)
Professional appearance and communication skills

Ideal Candidates:
Have a duty belt and proper gear already (We do have a program where you can buy your gear through our affiliate company at no markup and paid via a voluntary paycheck deduction over a period of time)
Are punctual, alert, and detail-oriented
Can handle posts with minimal supervision
Have flexible availability
Prior security experience is a plus (but not required for the right candidate)
