Join Our Team Rover Security Officer (High-Profile Property)

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and highly motivated Rover Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious high-rise office property. This dynamic role is essential to maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment for tenants, guests, and staff.

The Rover Officer is responsible for conducting patrols throughout the propertyincluding parking areas, exterior perimeters, and interior spaceswhile also providing relief coverage for on-site officers during breaks or absences. This position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to de-escalate situations while adhering to established protocols.

• Conduct regular and thorough patrols of parking garages, exterior perimeters, and interior floors
• Monitor and control access to ensure only authorized individuals enter the property
• Provide coverage for officers during breaks, shift changes, or absences
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and service requests
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and daily activities
• Communicate effectively with team members, property management, and building personnel
• Follow all site-specific procedures, post orders, and company policies

• Minimum of 1 year of professional security experience (commercial or high-rise preferred)
• Must reside within 20 miles of ZIP code 77094
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities

• Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement (preferred but not required)
