Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine driving patrols, remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and reliability while helping create a professional and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and guests.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with management and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, or other security-related issues.
• Support daily operations by following post orders, maintaining detailed activity logs and incident reports, and providing courteous assistance during routine and elevated situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
