Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related support activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas, helping to control access, verify permissions when required, and document security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities, and assist with security-related requests in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting when required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
