Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and support a professional, welcoming environment. In this role, you will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, screening visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries, and supporting security-related protocols at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or permissions, and help to deter unauthorized access to production, warehouse, and restricted areas.
• Document visitor activity, incident details, and access-related events in required logs and/or reporting systems while communicating notable issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, shipping and receiving areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
