- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor access, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries at the location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention.
- Support access control operations within a food and beverage location by monitoring restricted areas, checking vehicles and/or shipments as directed, and maintaining accurate daily activity records.
Minimum Requirements:
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
