- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and front desk protocols at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor access as directed, and assist with sign-in processes, badges, and visitor logs in accordance with property guidelines.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Answer questions, direct guests to the appropriate destination, and communicate with property management and/or building personnel regarding security-related concerns.
- Maintain an attentive presence at the front desk, observe surroundings for issues that may need response, and document incidents and/or daily activity as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
