As a Security Officer - Full Time in Moline, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access awareness across the site. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and help verify that employees, visitors, and/or contractors follow site entry procedures and posted location rules.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports on observed activity, incidents, and/or maintenance or hazard concerns, and report issues through appropriate channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
