What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, campus, and/or perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions at the location.
• Monitor entry points, badge access activity, and visitor movement in support of established access control practices for a technology-focused location.
• Communicate with site contacts, teammates, and/or local responders regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
