Security Professional - Unarmed Roves

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Wenatchee, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and documenting arrivals, departures, and/or restricted area activity.
• Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, preparing incident documentation, and helping to address customer service needs in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to ride a bike.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
