Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or sign-in processes, issuing visitor credentials, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site policies.
• Answer phones, greet guests, and support lobby operations in a professional manner while helping to address questions, direct individuals to appropriate contacts, and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to access control, incidents, deliveries, and other security-related front desk activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
