Day Time Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, entrances, and/or the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor activity across the location, assist with crowd and/or traffic flow during busy periods, and support loss prevention and other security-related concerns through visible presence and observation.
- Follow Allied Universal protocols for reporting, note-taking, and/or escalation while supporting daily operations and customer-facing interactions in a professional manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
