Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, trailer yards, loading dock areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and delivery traffic, helping to confirm authorized access and reporting discrepancies, damaged property, and/or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by maintaining visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and communicating with site personnel regarding security-related issues, operational disruptions, and/or emergency conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
